Backstory: Anyone out there know anything about joint custody? This song came to me when I was lying in bed feeling sick the night before my boys were leaving for their dad’s house. Realizing for the first time that the emotions and body feelings I experience when my boys are getting ready to leave for their dad’s for two weeks, is a complicated mash-up... not right or wrong, just real. And cyclic... every two weeks....
